Understand the Format:
- Familiarize yourself with the types of questions you'll encounter (e.g., problem-solving and data sufficiency).
- Review the types of concepts tested, including arithmetic, algebra, and word problems.
Strengthen Fundamental Skills:
- Focus on core mathematical concepts like fractions, percentages, ratios, and basic algebra.
- Work on number properties and data interpretation, especially since these are now emphasized in the new format.
Practice Without a Calculator:
- Since calculators are not allowed, practice solving problems mentally.
- Develop shortcuts and techniques for quick calculations, like approximating and using compatible numbers.

- Since Data Sufficiency and Data Interpretation are now in a separate section, ensure you understand how to analyze data sets and draw conclusions effectively.
- Practice interpreting charts, graphs, and tables.

- Work on pacing yourself during practice tests. Each question should take an average of about 2 minutes.
- Use timed practice sessions to simulate test conditions.
Review Mistakes:

FAQs for GMAT:
Candidates with bachelor's degree in any stream are allowed to take the GMAT exam. There are no such restrictions when it comes to the undergraduate background of the candidates. It is not compulsory that the students need to complete their graduation in the commerce field to be eligible for the GMAT.
Generally, a good GMAT 10th Edition (GCE) score falls within the range of 700 (87th Percentile) to 740 (97th Percentile) which translates to 645 (87th Percentile)- 695 (97th Percentile) on the new GMAT Focus Edition (GFE), while a score of GCE 740/GFE 695 or higher is deemed excellent.
GMAT Exam Syllabus covers multiple topics to asses Quantitative Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning and Data Insights in the exam.
Plan to spend about two to three months and 100–120 hours reviewing material and practicing regularly. The top scorers on the GMAT spend 120+ hours, on average, studying for Test Day over a period of time.
