Therefore, we strongly encourage all students, clients, job seekers, and others to carefully read, understand, and seek clarification or additional details from us before engaging with Global Course in any capacity.

• We, at Global Course, are against the concept of providing 'Demo Lectures'. Hence, only serious students need to contact. The candidates are invited to meet our Trainers and understand the whole process, but we do not offer any 'Demo Lectures' or 'Trial Classes'.

• Once a student enrols with us for any of the courses, viz GMAT, SAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, etc., the registration is valid for a period of up to four months. During this period, the student is free to attend unlimited classes and doubt solving sessions, but at the expiry of the validity period, the student shall be required to register again to avail of our services.
• The candidates who have joined Global Course for Admission and Visa Counselling, they will be able to avail of our services for a maximum period of one year.

• Admission to Global Course is subject to availability of seats and fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
• Students and parents must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.
• Global Course reserves the right to reject or cancel any enrollment.

• Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Payment schedules and plans are available, but full payment is expected by the due date.
• Late payment fees may apply.
• The enrolment of the student may be terminated if the full fee is not paid in time.

• Regular attendance and active participation are expected.
• More than two consecutive unapproved absences may result in termination of enrollment.
• If students are unable to attend a scheduled session, they are required to inform the faculty at least two days in advance.

• Students and parents must adhere to the Global Course code of conduct, which includes respect for staff, peers, and facilities.
• Misbehaviour, harassment, or damage to property may result in disciplinary action or/and termination.

• All study materials and resources provided by Global Course are its intellectual property.
• Students and parents may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written permission from Global Course.

• Global Course collects and processes personal data for administrative and academic purposes.
• Data protection policies are in place to safeguard sensitive information.

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra/ India only.
• Any disputes will be resolved under Mumbai jurisdiction only.

• Global Course reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
