Age Limit:
The main eligibility criterion for the IELTS exam is that you must be at least 16 at the time of registration for the exam. There's no upper age limit. No minimum qualification is set by IDP Education to take IELTS. However, most of the candidates take IELTS Academic on the completion of their 12th grade or graduation to pursue higher education.

IELTS UKVi One Module Retake
Now candidates can retake only one skill as well in Academic IELTS. Earlier if you needed to improve your IELTS score even in one module, you had to sit for the whole IELTS. But now you can retake one module as well within 60 days of the original test.

IELTS Exam Fees in India
The candidates taking IELTS in India will be required to pay an exam fee at the time of registration, which is INR 17,000 for IELTS Academic or IELTS General. IELTS for UKVI will require you to pay INR 17,250 as the exam fee all inclusive. The Retake of one module of Academic IELTS costs INR 11,300.

IELTS for UKVI is an officially approved English Language Test recognised by the UK government. It allows applicants to demonstrate their proficiency in English while applying for a UK Visa and Immigration (UKVI). If you are planning to study, work or migrate to the UK, you need to appear for IELTS for UKVI. Universities, colleges, and professional bodies will only accept IELTS for UKVI scores. Regular IELTS will not be considered.
